All Ritual Works are final sale.

Because these services involve time, preparation, prayer, and energetic work performed on your behalf, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered once a ritual has been approved or begun.

If a consultation determines that a ritual is not aligned or cannot proceed, any payment made for the ritual itself will not be collected, or an alternative may be offered at discretion.

Ritual Works are not guaranteed to produce specific outcomes, as results depend on many factors including personal circumstances, spiritual timing, and integration.

 

Sacred Tools & Elixirs (Physical Items)

Due to the personal and spiritual nature of these items, all physical offerings are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on oils, elixirs, bath blends, or ritual tools once they have been shipped.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue appropriately.
